Blend together 5 dried chiles (rehydrated in hot water, stems removed), 1 bunch cilantro, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1 clove garlic, juice of 2 limes, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup tahini, 1/2 cup olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over cooked corn, and sprinkle with smoked paprika and fresh chopped herbs. Serve & enjoy!
